Administrative and Finance Associate [ FILLED ]
Part-time || Remote || Work-at-Home
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile financial transactions
- Help with legal and accounting compliance
- Ensure proper billing and timely collection
Qualifications:
- Must be organized, conscientious, proactive, and have good attention to detail
- Diligent, with initiative and integrity
- Must love looking at numbers
- Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Own a laptop and able to access Google Drive, Docs, Sheets
- Willing to work in a flexible environment
- Based in Metro Manila or willing to travel for select meetings / initial trainings
- Part-time work with an estimate of 2-4 workdays a month
- Preferably a student or graduate of business, accounting, or finance. CPA a plus.

- Help with legal and accounting compliance
- Track inventory and notify for any stock-outs
Qualifications:
- Must be organized, conscientious, proactive, and have good attention to detail
- Diligent, with initiative and integrity
- Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Own a laptop and able to access Google Drive, Docs, Sheets
- Willing to work in a flexible environment
- Based in Metro Manila or willing to travel for select meetings / initial trainings

Marketing Associate [OPEN]
Part-time || Remote || Work-at-Home
Responsibilities:
- Create visual publicity materials as needed
- Planning, production, and curation of marketing collaterals
- Content management and preparation of editorial / social media calendar
- Management of promos, publicity materials, and partners
- Ensure marketing and communications strategy is cohesive and reflects brand's vision
- Measure, track, and present results of communication efforts
- Organization of content and visual materials
- Reply to customer inquiries as needed
Qualifications:
- Good communications skills and good eye for detail
- Know-how in photo-editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, etc.), and Google Drive products
- Diligent, with initiative and integrity
- Organized, results-oriented and has ability to work in a flexible workspace
- Strong background in design
- Own a laptop and able to access Google Drive, and photo-editing software
- Willing to work in a flexible environment
- Based in Metro Manila or willing to travel for select meetings / initial trainings
- Part-time work with an estimate of 2-4 workdays a month
- Experience in sales, business development, or merchandising preferred
- Preferably a student or graduate of a business-, communications-, or design-related course

Sales Associate [OPEN]
Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Help in Hull & Stern pop-ups and bazaars
- Arrive on time to help with booth set-up
- Manage and track inventory
- Pick and pack products as sold
- Know-how of how Hull & Stern products work and answer any customer queries about it
- Demo the product to customers
- Record sales transactions on invoices
- Make sure each customer has an awesome sales experience <3
- Assist with pack-up and closing
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good communications skills and friendly
- Diligent, with initiative and integrity
- Organized, and has ability to work in a flexible workspace
- Able to travel to scheduled pop-up locations (in Metro Manila)
- Part-time work depending on pop-up schedule
- Experience in sales, business development, or merchandising preferred
