Hull & Stern Internship Program [OPEN]

The Hull & Stern Internship provides students with hands-on experience across the different job functions in the company, including marketing, business development, finance, product development, and operations. Students will be given the opportunity to discover what they do best, as they will be exposed to more integral parts of the business.

With Hull & Stern being a growing retail company, students will be working closely with a team, and may be given the opportunity to partake in high-level decision-making. The company culture is one that promotes creativity and team-building. A flexible work environment is in place, and students are to design and build the company culture with the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create visual publicity materials as needed
  • Ensure marketing and communications strategy is cohesive and reflects brand's vision
  • Planning and curation of social media calendar
  • Measure and present results of communication efforts
  • Organization of content and visual materials
  • Grow and manage partnership base
  • Manage, track, and report on financial metrics
  • Research and manage launch of new products
  • Perform select administrative tasks
Qualifications:
  • Willingness to learn, with diligence and initiative
  • Organized and have good eye for details
  • Results-oriented and accountable
  • Can clearly communicate goals and ideas, and feel comfortable documenting thoughts and outlining plans of action
  • Ability to work in a flexible workspace
  • Students on their junior / senior year of college preferred, but not required

Administrative Assistant [ FILLED ]

Responsibilities: 

  • Planning, implementation, and monitoring of company policies, administrative systems and procedures, product logistics and transportation
  • Ensure legal and accounting compliance
  • Developing systems for payroll, inventory management, and bookkeeping
  • Responsible for documentation and coordination between teams / departments
  • Inventory of office supplies and distribution
  • Handling personnel, events, and company assets
  • Ensure proper billing and timely collection

Qualifications:

  • Must be organized, conscientious, proactive, and have good attention to detail
  • CPA a plus
  • Candidate must possess Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent
  • Must be willing to work in a flexible environment

Marketing and Design Assistant [OPEN]

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, production, and curation of marketing collaterals
  • Content management and preparation of editorial calendar
  • Management of promos, publicity materials, and partners
  • Development of new distribution channels
  • May be asked to perform select administrative tasks
  • Position is based in Metro Manila
  • Will have field work (e.g., store visits, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a business-, communications-, or design-related college course
  • Good communications skills and good eye for detail
  • Know-how in photo-editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, etc.), Google products, and Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint
  • Diligent, with initiative and integrity
  • Results-oriented and has ability to work in a flexible workspace
  • Strong background in design is a must
  • Experience in sales, business development, or merchandising preferred
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply
