- Is it really waterproof? Up to how many meters is it submersible?
Yes, the material used is IPX5 tarpaulin and is waterproof.
However, the bag is not recommended to be submerged. When it falls on water, it will float thereby helping keep your items dry. To prevent water from going in, remember to fold the top flap at least 3 times before closing and sealing the buckle. Having some air within the bag will also help you determine that it is indeed air-tight and water-tight (see video below for further instructions).
HULL & STERN recommends keeping your valuables and electronics in appropriate packaging in cases of submersion underwater. HULL & STERN would not be liable for damage to these items.
- What colours are available?
Colours currently available are Basalt Black, Sail Away Blue, Sea Foam Green, Sea Salt Pink, and North Star White. Photos of the products can be viewed here: Hull & Stern Online Shop.
- Does the bag come with a strap?
Yes, the bag comes with an adjustable strap which you can use to sling around the body like a cross body bag.
- How do I place my order?
You can place your order via this website - just click on the SHOP button.
- What are the modes of payment?
The modes of payment are PayPal, credit card, and bank deposit via BDO and BPI.
You can pay via PayPal or credit card (via PayPal). After clicking on the “Checkout” button in the store and entering your Shipping Details, please choose PayPal as the payment method. You can then pay online with either your PayPal account or credit card (no PayPal account needed but the transaction is processed via PayPal).

- How much is the bag?
Our dry bag ranges from P360 - P990 depending on the design, color, and size.

- How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping costs P90 within Metro Manila and P140 for provincial areas.

- Do you ship to other countries?

- How long does shipping take?
PH shipping is through Blitz Delivery or Fastrack and takes 2-6 working days for Metro Manila and 3-14 working days for provincial. The count is from the day your order and payment is confirmed (excluding Sundays and holidays).
We will give you the tracking number for your item once it is shipped out. You may then track your item via Blitz website https://blitz.delivery/#/t or Fastrack website https://www.fastrack.ph/track/index.php
We also offer same day and express shipping nationwide for an additional fee. For time-sensitive orders, we highly encourage going for express shipping.
- I can’t access the SHOP tab on Facebook. :(

- Do I have to sign up and have an account to be able to buy a HULL & STERN bag from the Facebook page or link given?
We’d appreciate it if you sign up but it isn’t a requirement for the order. :) Simply select the items you wish to buy and “Checkout” from the “Shopping Cart”.

- Does my purchased item come with a warranty?
Yes, each HULL & STERN purchased comes with a 7-day warranty. You may read our warrant policy here.
Items returned due to change of mind may be exchanged for store credit provided that the returned item has not been used and in good condition. Shipping back to our headquarters will be for the account of the customer.
